PRACTICE Development Manager-Body Contouring

I was born and raisned in Bakersfield, California. A Division I Softball Scholoarship brought me to Missouri where I met and married my husband Sean. We have 2 very busy and athletic boys, Jack (8) and Colin (5).

With almost 20 years of sales experience and 15 years of experience in aesthetics, I have found my home here at Allergan. Since 2015 I have worked every day to grow with each opportunity and continuously build relationships for the portfolio. I am so excited to take the next step in my career with the AMI faculty development team all star team.

Soft Skills

Self Direction

  • I demonstrate self-direction by consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding performance targets without direct supervision.

  • I take lead roles to deliver exceptional results, showcasing my ability to work independently.

  • I proactively identified areas for improvement and implemented changes, highlighting my initiative and self-directed problem-solving skills.

Example: I try to attend all FTP and faculty trainings as possible in the field. Getting to work with AMI trainers across the portfolio developing relationships and expanding product knowledge. It is not a KPI but I love learning and always seek further eduction and exposure.

Adaptability/Flexibility

  • Adaptation to Change: Quickly adjust plans and resources in response to shifting priorities and unexpected obstacles, ensuring project success.

  • Flexible Approach: Adapted leadership style to meet the needs of diverse team members, resulting in improved collaboration and productivity.

Example: Switching AMI faculty to meet the specific developing needs of an account. Accounts often ask for onsite training, however being able to pivot with other options such as CSU before budgeting an AMI field trainng allows for better outcomes and more productive results.

Conflict Resolution/Emotional Intelligence

  • Conflict Resolution with KOLs: Effectively addressed disagreements and conflicts between KOLs and the organization, ensuring the continuation of beneficial collaborations.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivated strong, long-lasting relationships with KOLs, facilitating open communication and conflict resolution when necessary.

Example: I successfully resolved a critical dispute with a prominent KOL (plastic surgeon), preserving the partnership and enabling the successful launch of a new Elite Device and grew account to one of the top utilizers in territory.
